noisy unit limited breakfast
I found the portable air conditioning unit quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep. breakfast felt limited. a pastry basket included two croissants and two small pains au chocolat. there were also two hard boiled eggs and a small baguette.

a stay with mixed feelings
noisy air conditioning missing coffee machine
i found a few things less than perfect. the air conditioning unit was portable and quite noisy. it made sleeping a bit difficult, i must admit. also, i really expected a coffee machine in the room and a mini fridge with water, but there was none. for the price, i honestly expected more.

efficient shower high quality bedding comfortable bed
i stayed in a superior king room! the room had air conditioning. steve assisted me with my bags, showing me how the air conditioning operated. breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was AMAZING!!!

perfect location listed building loose socket minimal toiletries
the location was perfect for the beach. restaurants and buses to the jurassic coast were all easily accessible. the beautifully renovated grade ii listed building was gorgeous.
there was a lack of attention to detail in the room. the electrical socket was loose and the minimal toiletries included only one small body wash for two people.
